In the old days, we used to sharpen pencils with a pocket knife. Every 16 yearold fella should have a pocketknife, right?

Anyway, you may find that you have more control over the angle by using a knife.

only a pocket knife? when i leave my house i have a pocket knife and a neck knife, and when i go fishing or anyhting i have my foraged japanese hunter just in case.

no ian. i left it at my house along with your leather, bowfishing rig, and black powder gun for you to go pick up, which i see never happened.

i havent had a truck to drive for the last week

Trey, bring them in to the shop and do it on either of my belt sanders....or either of the disc sanders.  We can make a little jig that will cut them JUST RIGHT....and i have a hot glue gun too.
