Account problems?

I just subscribed to the e-mag, and am having a few problems.  Never got a PN# during the order process (does that come by e-mail?), and when I tried to use the new account setup feature, it said it couldn't do it.  I got the order confirmation e-mail, but no "PN#" on that, either.  Is this normal?  I sent the e-mail they told me to, but am wondering if it's something I'm doing wrong?

Sarah's already contacted me.  It was me being stupid, of course.  Guess there's another e-mail coming, with the PN#.  Guess I'm just too used to everything being automated.  Was getting all geared-up to do battle with the silicon minions.  Nice to see that there are still real people on the other end of all this tech.
