The meeting went good,we also got a new range laid out,so now we have 3 ranges plus the practice range. We ate good and had a lot of good bull sesions around the fire.Hope yall had a good one also. :)

Not to complain but I pretty much sat and watched it rain and boy did it rain. Believe it or not it was actually a good thing I had the chance to catch up on some Zs and work on a very late project. Looks like you guys had a ball. Well i'm only one lottery win away from moving up there.Ron

Love to have you up here, you fit right in.It rained here also but held off till Sat. night, that was a good thing it put out all the fires and cleaned up the ash's.  :) Now for more wood. ;) :) I also need to get started on the  33 arrows for the trophies for the Classic and get 20/30 Hickory stave's ready, other than that I am about caught up around there. :) Then I can relax. :)

Went over to Pappy's this evening.  It was great to see a lot of the guys for the first time since returning.  Greg gave me a beautiful knife he made.  Pappy put me on a stand for the afternoon and it was quite eventful.  I saw 5 does, a six pointer, 10 Tom turkeys, and 4 squirrels.  I didn't get a good shot so I just watched them all and enjoyed my first day in the woods since returning.  Life is certainly good!

Jimmy, Great to see your smiling face back on home turf! A day in a tree stand beats a year in Afghanistan for sure!  Welcome home.
