Hey Seabass, I just saw you're from Middletown,OH. That's not real far from my homestead, about 2 hours. Actually, if you're taking
I-75 to Pappy's you'll pass within about 6 miles, as the crow flys, of my place.

Cool yall just come as a convoy. Friday and another beautiful day.I hope to get out of here early and head to the cabin.I have boy scouts coming this weekend
trying to get their badge in Mapping ,I don't have to help ,just be there in case of a problem. Always fun with them around. I have a lot of hide work planed and have a good start on another Osage bow,I wanted to make a snaky winged elm but if you seen the pictures from last week that didn't work out so well.

I have 2 hides thawing to be racked today ,2 soaking in brains to be pre smoked and one that just needs to be worked till dry and then final smoked and trimmed,I may have bit off more than I can chew, :-[I made a trade with Becca to make me a
shirt so I want to finish the really good/big hides I have to send her. I think Jon is coming down to cut some cedar post and I am sure hang out and no telling who else. :-\Anyway I laid out a big deer roast and got tater and onions so we should be set of chow. Hope yall have a good one see ya Monday.Life is Good.

Another great weekend,had to come back to work to get some rest, I had a pretty aggressive agenda for the weekend, for myself 2 hides to rack and 3 to
brain/smoke and work till dry,got it all done except the work till they dry,with the rain I seen that wasn't going to happen so I just worked as long as I could and froze,I will finish them is a week or so.Also got my Osage floor tillered/shot some and had a good time with the scouts and friends. Will got his IW roughed out and some napping done and Jon's Osage is almost ready to brace. Here are a few
pictures of the fun.Hope yall had a good one also.

Cleaned up the leg bones my girls have brought up and cleaned up for me .

Got a little shooting in. Jon's bow floor tillered and tips started. A little hide work,that kept me busy most of the weekend.
