Broke my golden rule yesterday evening, [bird in the hand worth 2 in the bush] passed a 3 point and another button at 3 to 4 yards,man I hope that don't jinks me

I really need a 7pt. and down to 1 buck tag,freezer almost full and off all next week to hunt,plus it's November and the bucks should start really moving so I let the 3 point walk and already killed the buttons brother so really didn't want to shoot him the nice guy I am

Got some good close up pictures in my pack camera that I will share when I down load them. It was a good evening to be in the woods.

I hear ya Eddie.still in the dumps about it.

Friday and I am out of here for a week of Hunting and fun at the cabin,can hardly wait. Got a few projects but mostly just hunting/eating and shooting the bull around the fire.

Hope to have some stories to tell when I get back.

"Life is good" really has a strong meaning you find out that your biopsy's are negative. Today, Life is truly good and I have thanked our Lord over and over for that.
