Currently live in Grand Ledge, MI, just outside Lansing. Though only been in mid west for a little over 2 years. Prior to that, CA for 15, MA for 3, VA for 10, TX for 2, NC 3, and HI for 3 ;). Army brat ;) Hopefully I can stay in one place for a while now.
The thing about archery is that everyone can do it and everyone can have a good day at it. You don't have to be an expert.

I just moved to Pleasant View, TN. Imagine the nice surprise of finding out you are only 5 miles from Pappy and the Twin Oaks crew's location. I got to go to my first Tennessee Classic and take it all in and know I really want to learn how to make my own bow. I guess I better behave and ask Pappy if I can drop by sometime and introduce myself and see if they are willing to help a noob get started.
