Running late this morning,it is singal digits here and I been getting all our trucks started and out on the streets, not over 5 for a high today and back down to 0 tonight, then it is supposed to warm a little.  :-\ ::) Another great weekend, cold and windy but still a lot of activity in the shop and around TwinOaks. Lots of bow work and shooting and of course this time of year wood cutting. Here are some pictures of the fun.  :) I got a package in the mail Friday, not quite sure how this all
came about but thanks, and I will get to the bottom of it,I think a short but very tall guy in my eyes from IN. had something to do with it. ;) :) :) :) My new flute and Rocky's bow. The possum hide of Glenn's that I skinned,Jon tanned it for string silencers. Makes me want to go out and kill some possums.  ;):) Me splitting some billets for Chuck. :) Turned out a nice sister set. :)

Rocky's bow lettered and getting sealed.Hope he like it. ;) :) Dan starting his first bow, nice piece of Osage,I knew it was just a matter of time with him. ;) :) Worms about gone on Jon's stave, took 7 or 8 rings to get out of them. :) :) I told him to just keep digging until they were gone or their was no wood left. ;) :) That's about all you can do. :)

That little big man is from Indiana pappy sir! Looks like a ANOTHER great TO weekend.

Rocky will love that bow, and probably kill a deer this fall with it.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

Be careful Pappy.  In this cold weather your mouth might freeze to it  ;D

Looks like a lot of bow building going on down there.  It sure looks like fun.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left
