Jesse pre smoking his hide. :) Shawn giving Mark some pointers on his new bow, it is turning out nice and has put about 30 arrows through it so far. Then a nice fire for Saturday night. :)

Nice to catch up on here, Pappy.  Congratulations on the birth of your grandson and the successful season.  Best wishes for the holidays...we’ve got a whole new decade to contend with coming up! :)

Pappy,
You guys sure stay busy! My hats off to you. Wish the Archery Club I belong to was more like Twin Oaks.
Take care,

You are welcome Bob. ;) Good to hear from you Steve,Thanks, hope to see ya in the spring. Yes Brian we do stay busy, seems each has his own thing going on and I feel blessed to be a part of it. Headed out to the woods this morning a brisk 22 out side , but I like cold weather when the wind is low as it is this morning.  ;) It has finely cleared here so should be a beautiful morning, then back to the house for Margaret Ann Wednesday !!!  :)

Great day in the woods yesterday, no deer killed but a close encounter with a 5 point and saw my second Bob Cat of the year which was cool, don't see them very often around here, then a better day with Margaret Ann, she has a new favorite doll.  ;) :) :) :) Got to love that. ;) Yep Life is Good. :)

Not sure where Miss Joanie got it but I think it is one of the Duck dynasty guys that is on TV. The old uncle I think. ???Margaret Ann loves it. Great day in the woods yesterday, seen 6 doe and a one horned buck worrying the crap out of them, also a lone coon and Coyote , none closer than 30/40 yards but fun to watch just the same. I have never seen as many Squirrels , must be rutting season for them, they are everywhere. I am taking off a day or 2 from hunting and get some stuff done around the shop but Bill ask yesterday if he could Squirrel hunt this morning, if he can hit them he should fill his bag. Headed to the cabin in a short while so should be a good weekend. Hope yall have a good one also. Life is Good.  :)

Man, she is one cute little gal! You look tough as nails holding that sippy cup pappy. Might be a good thing to bring to Elm Hall next year, reduce spillage and all.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

It takes man to look tough holding a sippy cup.
