If you are interested in weights that will put your metabolism into overdrive look into kettlebells. It builds warrior strength and cardio rather than the look of a bodybuilder.

yep those are great i just cant afford them :-[ so i make my own lol thanx for the idea and thats what my goal is is to have a lean muscle body not the bulky bodybuilder one

haha well if u did that then that would not be good because you wont maintain the nutrients to sustain the lean muscle that you are striving for ;)

well got my workout done for today wew that was fun and a challenge i did not realize how much i had lost in strength since my break oh well i will get it back ;)

nail on the head there bro. same here, football. my coach always said you mind quits way before you body ever will, and if you can controll you mind, you can get alot more out of you bodie than you think you can. ;D hurts like hell though. :-\ ::)
