Flight tracks right??

(1/3) > >>

chasing crow:
Question for you fine arrow makers. I have a poplar shoot arrow, two fletched that I have been shooting with a 125 grain Zwickey Eskimo glue on broad head. Flight has been very good. I just swtched to a 150 grain trade point. The flight at 15 yards seems to track about 12 inches to the right. Suggestions? I am too new to this arrow making art!

Bushbow:
By increasing the weight of the head, you reduced the spine of the arrow. Try a stiffer spined shaft.

...or a 125 field point.   How long are your arrows and what is your draw length?

JW_Halverson:
If the arrow is longer than your draw length, you can also try shaving off a half inch of length and trying it again.  Repeat as necessary until you run outa arrow or it flies straight.
