Frrom childhood on I always thought of moose (meese? moosae?? mossata???...  ??? ??? ??? ) to be incredibly special animals; still waiting to see one in the wild!!! Bit jealous here, but might have used the pepper spray even earlier...

sailordad- bunnies are hell on arrows, good luck! in a year or three (when i'm done with diapers for awhile), i'll trade ya- i'll get you onto some elk if you'll get me onto some turdkeys.

Pat- it's even more fun when there's other "things" out there after them (and maybe you!)  ;)  keeps ya on yer toes!

Thwack- i ain't that far away. when your back gets comfy wearing a pack again you should come on up here & let me torture your legs & lungs for a few days!

medicinewheel- he was trying his best to charm my pants off- i just couldn't ruin his day with the "hell in a can". they don't see too well any time of the year, and right now he's blinded by love. i honestly think it took him a minute or two of hearing me talk to realize that he wasn't going to get lucky with me...

hopefully i'll be hurtin' from packing out another delicious critter soon  ;)
