First Big Slab knives

Heres some pics of my most recent attempts....one is rainbow obsidian and the other is colored novaculite. I still need to pitch them in but I think u can get the idea. Let me know what you think  ;D

knife in the hat. Kind of a gift exchange, but for knife only. See KITH at the top of the 'campefire' thread.

I got these slabs including the colored novaculite from Craig Ratzat over at www,neolithics,com









I had to adjust the website, just google it.

 WOW! Those are nice. I hope you get in the KITH, also. It is hard taking pictures of Rainbow and Motor Oil obsidian and getting the colors in with no glare.

gonna have to check on a slab or two of that stuff

i have never been able to take good pics of the fancier obsidions
such as rainbow,peacock etc etc

i too hope youre in the KITH  ;)
