Things have been kinda slow at work lately, so today I decided to make up some points and offer them for trade  ;D These are made from 1 1/4" wide heavy galvenized banding used for strapping mobile homes to the foundation. This is really heavy stout banding. I made these points 1" wide x 1 1/4" long, and sanded a bevel on all four edges. These would make awesome small game or practice points. I am sure they would be effective even on deer, but may not be to exact enough tolerances for some guys. Some things I would be interested in trading for are : B-50 , leather, bow building books, exotic wood scraps, staves, feathers, hand tools, etc. I have many interests such as bow building, muzzleloading, fishing, slingshots, blowguns, woodworking, etc. So don't be afraid to offer I may take you up on it......  ;D

Is anyone interested in a paticular size or style of metal point?? I have a nearly unlimited supply of the heavy banding, but also have a good source of sawmill bandsaw pieces, circle saw blades etc. Of course It takes alot more time when working with the heavier metals, but I may could cut some out if anyone is interested.......

No tang will make it a tough mount job. Otherwise I would grab a batch from you.

I normally epoxy them deep in the end of the shaft and they hold fine. I have cut notches in the sides when I want to tie on , but the sinew is more for looks than for securing the head. I have never used a tang they seem to be a nuisance to me, but I could attempt to cut out a few, what size tang do you use???
