Wades first Buck/ First snow
« on: October 07, 2011, 10:15:30 pm »
This morning Wade got his first Buck. This was a rifle kill as he is still not quite strong enough for legal bow weight. He dropped him with a perfect heart shot.

We also got our first snow of the fall in the mountains ;D

Congratulations Wade! My Dads never took me hunting when I was young. Now  I'm 33 and still haven't taken a deer because I haven't got that foundation. Keenan I bet your a proud Dad. Joel

Fantastic!!!    Really sorry that we weren't able to hunt together this season.  I really look forward to next year.  You should be real proud, Wade.  I was 16 before I got my first buck.  I remember it like it was yesterday :D    Congratulations for a great shot..

I was 40.

Any chance you can get him to post a short story of his hunt?  I think there are more than a few of us would like to hear it directly from the man.
