Please help me Identify my Dad's Bow...

<< < (3/4) > >>

JW_Halverson:
Are there any marks on it around the grip area?  You may have to look close while under a strong light.

Flitter:
Hi again folks,

Thanks Ian for putting the pics on for me. They look great! I am not sure if there are any marks on the handle;however,I do have more pics that r close up of the handle. Unfortunately, I can't see the bow in person because my dad lives in Newfoundland and I live in Nova Scotia. Lol. I did mention to him to check it over in good light in the hopes that he may find a mark of some kind....waiting to hear back from him, then I will let you all know what he found.

Your right, it certainly does look like it has been either dipped or covered with something to protect it. Also, dad said that on both ends he was told that they were possibly rhino horn??

Again, I will let you all know what I find out and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks again....Flitter(Lindy)

Eagle Boyer:
you might try moving this to the bows section because more people will see it there, more people means more feedback   :)

Flitter:
Thank you ...that is a great idea...lol. I will try to move them there.

Ian.:
