Wow that's  a beauty Zuma. That looks just like the picture. That point sure has interesting lines.

Thanks Zuma it is a good challenge and has helped my knapping trying to make a point I've never made instead of making what I get out of a stone. I have really enjoyed it. I don't have any of the books so I've always just made what the stone seemed to want to be. Funny how a lot of the points I see pictures of look like the stuff I end up making. Guess that's what the human race was doing for along time.

had a nice pc of thin novaculite and some time today. Not to happy with the base but rest of point came out ok. I also thin down this turtle back pc of hornstone and got a real nice turkey tail even left the cortex tip, This pc was the last slab so it looked like the heel of bread, flat as a pancake on one side and big ole turtle back on the other. Thanks for lookin Bob
