That bow has a possible hinge right above the grip(assuming the upper limb  on the right) . It also works a TON in the handle...
But it does look very purty. Yew...

i dont think its a hinge. the right limb on the top pic is the left limb on the bottom pic. i think its an optical illusion. because of the bump in the limb. i agree the outer limbs need to bend more.

Well I got my trade bow buttoned up. I thought it was kind of cool to put together something that was made from other trades.  This was my first black locust bow, made from a stave I got in the Christmas trade. The handle wrap leather and tip overlay pieces also came from past trades and just happened to match color perfectly. Hope whoever gets it will be happy. Well here she is with one giant bull snake on it...
