Mater of fact I am posting from ground zero right now we got the Bluegrass CD playing the wine chilling the fire started ( the official Classic Torch) and Pappy has already BUSHWACKED a nice Tom Turkey

looks like 16lb'S 10'' beard and 1.5'' spurs so the question is will Dana get any????????   Best hurry I'm greasing the cast iron oven up and we got coals on the way  ;D ;D ;D

Reckon we will find out to night....... Maybe braised with a little garlic and a nice Bourbon and plum glaze along side some fresh morels and rice  :D

  I will be drivining in from Georgia for your event. I will be bringing Hickory bow staves cooking gear and anything else that that might be helpful.  When do the gates open?
