I have a real nice one that was given to me. It has an insert in it and the arrows go in its mouth.  It is getting late right now but if you want some pictures send me a PM and I will post them tomorrow.

Here is my fox hide quiver.  I have a cane stiffener running through the thongs that tie on the straps.  The strap is made from braintan buckskin I cut myself and braided.  Thanks for all the help guys!
