nice rack

a friend of mine gave me this old rack that he found cleaning out his uncles stuff after he passed, a full 30" at the tips its a bag ol' mulie rack, almost hate to cut it up for handles and stuff
failure is an option, everyone fails, it's how you handle it that matters.

yeah Chris I'll have a hard time cutting it up, some ol' buck worked hard to stay alive long enough to grow that, I'll cut my elk rack first

That a nice one bub. If ya wanna save it I can send you a whitetail rack to cut up, just consider it a bribe for a couple more of your knapped hunting points. I got a few laying around, let me know if your game.

ya too beautiful, I couldn't cut it.  But if you could make some beautiful tools of it, have at it.

Bub, will this one work for you for starters? It's good and solid and has some bumpy character at the base. I found the right shed antler from this deer three years in a row, never could find the left side antler.  Each year the antler got just a small bit bigger but always had the exact same shape to it.
