I found the details, boys!  ;D
Westerns States Traditional Rendezvous is May 24-26 in Petaluma, California
Sounds like it is a lot of fun.  I found the info on the Traditional Bowhunters of California event's page.
I think their site is tbcarchery.com
Does that help?

Hi Folks,  I've haven't attended the Western Rendevous yet, but I'm familiar with the site chosen for this year.  Rancho Neblina is beautiful. though it may be starting to get hot and dry by Memorial day weekend.  There is a large area for camping.  Water is best brought in, but town (Petaluma) is nearby.  I'll be there and will probably lead a group of friends to a greek restaurant for dinner on Saturday eve.    Ron
