Hillbilly:
This was edible. :)

Rack of St. Louis spares dry-rubbed and slow-smoked with pecan, they came out perfect; new red taters partially cooked, guts scooped out and mixed with bacon, green onions, sour cream, butter, parmesan cheese and seasonings then stuffed back in the taters, put in the smoker for an hour or so; my wife made some fried green maters and garlic toast. I hurted myself.

Jeeeesh, I would have hurt myself to...Looks like it was worth the pain ;) Fried maters are one of my favorites!

Pat B:
Keep practicing Steve. Next Saturday will be here before you know it.  ;D

mullet:
So will Stints :(. But, I sure do like it when you're cooking at Chris'. ;D

Hillbilly:
Tonight, fired up the Akorn kamado again with some pecan smoke. Grilled pork chops marinated overnight in Cuban mojo sauce, grilled pineapple, grilled marinated asparagus, grilled garlic bread, and soupy taters. It was edible, :)
