A wood rasp? The antler isn't too hard for it?
Awesome, I wonder how much it can bend compared to other horn

You can cut fairly easy through antler with a rasp.
You can get a pretty good bend with antler, here is a little bit better picture of the FD.
Although I believe horn is way more elastic than antler.  In comparison antler would be more like teeth and horn like fingernails.
