Good logs?

Im cut these hickory logs Down and im wondering if they will make good bows.

not to mention, there are some six legged nasties that can create problems if you eave the bark on. (ask me how I know!)

Not as long as you split it into staves.  If you split it, sealing the ends will be sufficient.  I wouldn't recommend leaving them in the round anyway.  Josh
