sharpen the arrow like a pencil and let in a little triangle of plate antler or horn into the tip to re-enforce it - leave it proud as a hunting tip if you prefer - weighs pretty much nothing - bout the same as the material you saw out for the slot it sits in.

Hokey Smolkes Bill that one heck a archery set buddy. I better get started on my mini bow soon, I can see now that the bar has been set pretty high.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.
