Around MY campfire!
« on: January 13, 2016, 12:36:38 pm »
Made this camp chair from some rough cut, streaky Osage I had off my grampa's farm. I think this is gonna be a favorite for some time. Wish it would keep the color, but either way I'm pleased.

God Bless!

Better keep your butt in it if you don't want it to come up missing :)

Special chairs are special! Mr. Guy made/gave me a 2 piece wooden chair he made 3 years ago. I bring that sucker everywhere I go! Love it!

The pic isn't that great Scott. You can see Greg is trying to break it for me, good luck Greg!

Let's see it at full draw!

They make a UV clearcoat called frog juice(2 frogs per can ) for use in the sign industry. I'm guessing that might be your best best at making the color last.

Nice chair by the way. It's almost to pretty to put your a$$ on.

(way to go, Chris! Now everyone's talking about my butt) ???  >:D

"Frog juice" huh.. I'll have to look into that. Thanks DK.

JW, not sure about the full draw. With the full weight of my rear, I still can't get a floor tiller on it. Gonna need to work up to that...
