That's a great looking stick! Jeff did some fine work right there, and love the art work on the back!

That looks great!

That artwork is just great looking,
That's not a bow to be shot, it's a bow to be admired 😂

I keep seeing beautiful bows going out, and more of them still being made. Those both are very fine works! Really digging that handle/fade area thing you got goin on.

Hammer, I'm thinking the outer thirds could bend just a touch more. Looks pretty darn good though.

I gotta agree also, that is without seeing the unbraced profile. That said, I know we can't see all that you can when it' in your hands so rock on man.

Receiving the bow from Jeff sure makes it easier to part with the bow I made.

You better believe that bow will shoot.  It would be a shame to just hang it on the wall.

Mike it is so good to see that smile on your face.  I don't know if you hunt, but if you do and decide to use that yew bow, make sure to let me know if you are successful with it.  I really like the bow you have made there.  It would be something if that one were to be sent back to Utah.  I suppose the odds are slim for that, but someone is going to like it.  Happy shooting

Man these bows being posted sure are sweet looking!

Jeff you made a "killer"  bow buddy!

Swampman,  you trade bow is beautiful as well.

Hammer,  I agree it might need a tiller tweeak.  It looks to me though that you are holding the string kinda high in your full draw pic.
Can you post an unbraced picture?

Forgot,  Gut.
That's awesome that your daughter is that excited for you. Sometimes technology really pays off.

The only question I got is where is all the sawdust on the garage floor?
Oh,  and have you shot it yet?

hammer, my eyes see your hold exactly where you want it to be. Opinions will vary but I totally disagree with lhf. I would though like to see the unbraced pic.
I found many years ago that it is much easier and more rewarding working with those that don't know anything than those that know it all.

Jeff, I do hunt.  My next task will be to make a set of hunting arrows to match this bow so I can deer hunt with it this fall.  If I am successful I will most definitely post pictures and let you know.
