Glad it arrived in one piece. Hope it serves you well.  I'm not used to stretching draw out to 29" so I hope I got it shot in well enough for the tiller not to shift. I've been shooting it since sometime in April.....it even made the trip to the Tennessee clasic to get a few arrows through it. Sure has been a pleasure to participate in this trade.

It's been a while since I've posted my progress .
#55 lb @ 28" Osage, sinew backed & cover w/ western Diamondback.
I still need to seal it & wrap the handle.

Don, the sinew backed osage looks fantastic and I'm sure it will be well received and a shooter. Thanks for posting.
I found many years ago that it is much easier and more rewarding working with those that don't know anything than those that know it all.

Im glad you're enjoying it. That's the first time I ever tried vine maple, but I sure hope its not the last. Its a lot easier to work than most of the woods I ever tried and I was impressed with its flexibility.  Gonna have to find me some more of that.

Don, that for sure looks like a Texas bow, well done, Sir.

'jooter that bow is sexy looking, and sleek.

This one's going out this week, she is done.  I want to send a few more arrows through her just because I'm not quit ready to send her away.  Been a lot of firsts; first self bow, first Osage bow, first sinew bow, first character stave, first bow swap.  I hope my target enjoys it.  Fred, I will send you a tracking number when it goes out.
