Osage bow

I finished this a few weeks ago and I've shot a couple hundred arrows through it. It seems to shoot nice and smooth  and likes 400 spine arrows with 125 grain points. Nock point set with arrow square to the string.

It's 50# @25 58" ntn 6" brace with even tiller. 1 1/2" at fades to 1/2" tips. Osage tip overlays Raw hide handle wrap. Red stain  with armature art work on the belly.
It had a few heavy coats of teak oil followed by several thin coats of tru oil. I've taken the shine off since the pictures were taken and coated with gun stock wax.

Fine looking and shooting bow.Course it matters who's shooting it too.Good group for 60 yards.Guess a person gets to see the arch in archery shooting at that range heh...lol.400 spine...is that carbide talk?

Hope you don't mind. And could be the camera angle either.
Looking at the f/d I think it is a bit too much bend at the handle, and could be a bit more on the mid lower.

Your comments are welcome  Simson, I see what you're seeing. I do have other fd pictures that look a bit different
 I started with a deflexed handle and the tips were even with the back. It's taken just about 1" set almost from first full brace and close to full draw. It hasn't moved any more since after few hundred shots. I might touch it up after some more shooting if it starts to change. So far it's holding.

Emmet, Great craftsmanship on that bow. I have chased a ring on a thinner piece of osage that does not have enough material for a handle.  I am going to attempt my first bendy handle.

You mentioned the limb is 1-1/2" wide to 1/2" nock. Is it a pyramid or does it run straight for most of the limb then tapper?
