i have a species of bamboo that grows near me,,,sometimes considered (cane).   i have never made arows but would like to.   should i start with cane arrows or cedar?  is there a "build along" for arrows?  any info on cutting, drying, fletching etc....would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Nate

huntertrapper:
bamboo makes good arrows. 1/2 primitive could tell you more though about them. and cedar is very good too.

Kegan:
A few issues back there was a really good article on making arrows, especially from cane/bamboo by Mickey Lotz. Hmm. Can't remember which it is ????

huntertrapper:
yeah there was a good article about it.
