I know those colors bud[the words etc.].Love those opaque light colored beads.Glad you got someone to bead for ya.It''ll look stunning.I'm sure you can see it right now long before it's done.
Hey my big old smoked buck hide I did a build-a-long on got completely soaked to wringing wet here the other day.It dried back down within a day and is as soft as ever again.I'll make something out of that someday.

Always loved Native American style apparel, most of all when it's traditionally handmade from start to finish 😊

All hand sewn again heh?????How's the finger tips holding up?I used to put duct tape on mine....lol.Not really too much sewing of seams on those type shirts anyway really though.I used them small little glovers' needles.Look forward to the whole regata shown on a person now!!!!!It'll look great!!!!!It's a very long haul making the full outfit beaded/horse hairs/dyed and all that you are doing there.Kuddos to ya!!!!!

Yes hand sewn. By the time period of the shirt traders had already gotten linen thread and needles into the tribal people.
I started one shoulder and  :o got one skin backwards. Oh well. Ain't stuck my self YET.
I will post as I go.

ok, started painting. Colors are off. Hide colors different. Am I thinking to Contemporary ? :o

At Top Of The Rock  in the museum there is a shirt painted these colors so far. Ran out of green , but more coming. I am sure the western Indians had the same effect.
