tiller opinion
« on: June 08, 2017, 09:14:42 pm »
I can't seem to be happy with this tiller. It doesn't look bad but doesn't look right to me neither. I think I've just looked at it too much and would like to get some outside opinions on it. I have enough weight to work with so be as harsh as possible.

Looks like maybe the outers could work a little more?

I was thinking the right limb almost halfway out is a bit stiff and maybe the right fade ares is bending too much. But that side of the picture is kind of faded(no shadow). that may be throwing me off.

The outer limbs look stiff to me.  Especially the right limb.

Maybe a little stiff right mid limb, and agree with Mike on the abrupt fads, not much you can do about that on this one but on the next I would tapper them out a bit longer. Over all looks pretty darn good to me. :)

Thanks for all the suggestions. The handle is 4 inches long with 2 inch fades on either side. I think I can manage to work those fades in a little better for smoother transition. I still have enough wood.
