Here is the cheek piece drawing that I will start carving next week. Still a little touch up to do on the drawing before I start.

Started carving the cheek piece yesterday.

Working on the details this morning, making the lines deeper and crisp and reducing around the relief to make the design stand out.

Well like it or not, here is the cheek piece carving done except for final sanding and cleaning up. Only took about 20 hours.
