ammonia fuming re. glues
« on: February 11, 2019, 04:08:49 am »
Hi everyone
I put horn tip overlays on an osage bow with superglue. I'd like to fume it . Does superglue stand up to fuming?
Also , has anyone ever fumed black walnut?

Fuming pops off the overlays if you used CA. They're easy to glue back on though.

I doubt you'd notice much difference in fumed and non-fumed black walnut.
