Trying to shoot 170lbs

you need to engage your back muscles to aid your shoulders. mid draw, draw your shoulder blades together and extend your chest.

After you cripple your elbow and shoulder you wont even be able to shoot a 60# bow, not worth it. you had best have good insurance to rebuild the tendons and torn muscles.

I dont know how to help with that (I can't get anywhere near that weight of draw) I saw some of your videos on youtube though, cool stuff man. Be careful but also it is fun to see what draw weight you get up to.
