I think I figured out how to post non-skewed pics.  Bow is 65" tip to tip.  It was a selfbow, but back got dimpled/dinged by barbed wire...now it is a rawhide backed osage recurve with prarie rattler skins for camo and waterproofing finished with 7 hasty layers of truoil so I could get back in the woods with it. It pulls 52# at 28".  I used thin leather on the shelf and wanted something that would quiet the arrow during the draw but cover as little of the beauty of the wood as possible, so I cut out a piece to match my Initials/logo for the plunger/silencer.
