Ok...I'm inspired and that bow is awesome. So, recurves are supposed to be a bit louder than longbows if both are built similarly well, and I'm assuming that this is because of the sling slap on the belly? If I'm wrong there, someone correct me. So with these brush nocks, can you tell a difference in quietness of bow? It seems these would give the benefits of a recurve while eliminating the supposed increased noise at the shot. I really want to give these a try, because they look incredible and getting brush hung up between my string and bow drives me freaking nuts...and they look incredible. I haven't tried it yet because I don't know If I could pull it off, as my craftsmanship isn't that developed, and I have not wanted to add the extra tip mass on a hunting bow...which is what all of my few builds have been. If these result in a quieter bow when fired, I'll trade the speed loss for the decreased noise.
