bentstick54:
Beautiful bow. Love everything about it.

bjrogg:
Thanks everyone. Matt is a good guy and he certainly did make a very nice blank. He had all the grunt work done and like Pat said almost tillered. It honestly could have been made into anything you wanted and was pretty straightforward to finish tillering.

It certainly would’ve given any beginner a good chance at finishing a decent Selfbow.

Miss Matt and have a lot of respect for guys like him

PS JW the tips are water buffalo horn I got from PA Steve. I really like working with them. They make nice overlays. This one actually has a tiny bit of silver color in it.

Selfbowman:
Nice bow BJ. I like it.

wooddamon1:
Sweet bow, BJ!

Muskyman:
Love the color on this bow. Great work on the bows tiller too
Do have one question about the bow. How wide are the limbs at the fades. The reason I ask is that I have a belly split off the trade bow I’m making and I think it’s inch and a quarter wide where the fades would be right now. So it’ll be less than that if I make a bow with it   This bow looks fairly thin at the fades in the photos so though I’d ask.
