It's been almost 2 months since my run-in with the dead tree. It happened on Sept. 24. I still have a little dizziness when I first lay down at night and when I first get up in the morning but otherwise things are almost back to normal...

Ok, not the classic Frankenstein's monster look I was expecting. That's good.
