new rock
chessieboy:
Here's some stone I found today. I don't have any idea what it is. It spalls with difficulty but good stone is scarce around here. Any ID would be great.
This is a close up of the larger one. Better pics forth coming but my computer takes forever to upload.
mullet:
It looks like gniess (sp) to me,or Dolemitic limestone. And I think it's too late to put those geese in the cooler.
sailordad:
i would have to say that those are rocks, some small and one big one.
sorry i couldnt resist,i actually dont know one rock from another.
and ya it looks like rigor has set in on them geese lol
where ya goose hunting at?
peace,
tim
chessieboy:
Been hunting around Chocolatetown USA (Hershey Pa). Rocks are from south central Pa if that helps.
sailordad:
i was in HERSHEY once, about two years ago when we went to pocono for the race. i thought i had died and gone to valhalla
with the aroma of chocolate in the air like that.
makes my mouth water just thinking about it
now i gotta go get some M&M's
