Here's some stone I found today.  I don't have any idea what it is.  It spalls with difficulty but good stone is scarce around here.  Any ID would be great.







This is a close up of the larger one.  Better pics forth coming but my computer takes forever to upload.

  It looks like gniess (sp) to me,or Dolemitic limestone. And I think it's too late to put those geese in the cooler.

i would have to say that those are rocks,some small and one big one.
sorry i couldnt resist,i actually dont know one rock from another.

and ya it looks like rigor has set in on them geese lol

where ya goose hunting at?

Been hunting around Chocolatetown USA (Hershey Pa).  Rocks are from south central Pa if that helps.

i was in HERSHEY once, about two years ago when we went to pocono for the race. i thought i had died and gone to valhalla
with the aroma of chocolate in the air like that.

makes my mouth water just thinking about it

now i gotta go get some M&M's
