It's my home away from home :) I will also say that through all the years that I have been reading and posting on the PA forums in their various incarnations, this one we've had for the last year is by far the best format yet. Thanks to all involved in getting us here.

I do not post much, only when I have some thing say and post. :-\ :D
I put PA on my tool bar not just my bookmarks and read the great info all the time. :D ;D
And love the PA-Mag. too. ;) ;D

I post a lot more in the winter months when Im not as busy with other things. I still try to read it once a day to see whats going on. ;D

This is my favorite information website and forum on the web, and I think this exemplifies what the web is really about. The wealth of information and sharing that goes on here never ceases to amaze me. I'm by far a better craftsmen since I found PA, to be humble :), or getting better, anyway.

I'll normally take a look in the evening's after work - usually wind up reading till well after my bed time ;D. Only post when I have something to show, ask, or smart to say ;D ;D.

I just very recently found this forum and so far, have found myself reading posts on it about twice a day on average. It is a tremendous resource that I hope is around for a long time to come. Thanks to all those involved!

I just found your mag. @ Dallas/fort Worth airport several weeks ago and enjoyed it. I try to stop by 2 to three times a week. I kike the site and enjoy the post. I'll be trying self arrows as soon as I catch up on somw home repairs exc.

I've subscribed to the Mag for (at a guess) 3 - 4 years but just started visiting the forum a few months ago. I visit three times a day, most every day, and while I don't post as much as on some other forums, I enjoy it emmensly and pick up info (and Full Draw pics for my TBD section of my web site) every day. As i make more bows (hopefully) I will post more often, I'm sure. Keep up trhe good work, if you can. Thank you.
P.S.: I do indeed feel comfortable and welcome here (Thanks, to all).

I get on and read a lot of the posts, and reply when I have experience I think could be useful. I probably average at least once a day viewing/posting.
When I'm really stumped on some process such as field-dressing a deer, Marie has been kind enough to direct me down the right path. ;D
She does seek payment in the form of wine though... ;)

GregB you owe me back payment! :P Hey Keep up letting us know. It is EXTREMELY helpful to know that CHUCKER found the magazine in the Dallas airport. It helps us to know if you subscribe/pick it up off the racks. It helps to know if you all feel welcome here, does it have a family friendly feel. Also if you think GregB really field dressed the big ole deer in the pic (actually that doesn't help us but looks like he just stuck his hands in the cavity and then picked up the knife ;)....certainly didn't drink the blood or take a bite of the heart the big baby! ;D) I am going to occasionally send this thread to the publisher. This information is very useful to him and the Magazine. Thanks again for taking the time to vote and even comment! Thanks again to Marvin...1year with the forum! ;D Happy Birthday to this new format! ;D

I came here mainly for the WarBow section,but i sneak a peak into the other sections too once in a while :).I think this is an excellent forum,very informative posts for Bowyers,i dont make bows but i like reading buildalongs ;D.I'm even thinking about making a cane arrow!! :o

I read most days several times. I rarely post, as I'm not normally a very talkative fellow, but I enjoy the back and forth sharing of information here. People have always been good to help me with my questions.

I read at least daily, and glean as much information as possible. When my confidence level rises, the number of posts may rise. I subscribe to the magazine and keep all back issues, and hope to be half as good as some of the bowyers that are represented on this forum. Keep up the fantastic site and magazine.

Iam on and off several time a day from early till about noon 5 day a week,rarely on the weekends.
I usually post several time a day wether I know anything about it or not. ;D ;D Just kidding. :D

Totaly awsome site, every one here is family to me. I am much more active in the winter months as in every day and about a couple times per week in the summer. Love the site and want to thank every one who helps out with it. Kenneth

Dont post that often as I make lots of bows other than self bows.

Depending on how busy I get, I often get on the site twice a week, or twice a day. I enjoy "catching up" on posts when I've been away from the site for a couple of days. Although I rarely post, I really enjoy reading (and most importantly learning) from others' posts. I would definitely say this forum is the reason I am a subscriber to the magazine.

I check the site out at least once a day sometimes more. I haven't posted much....maybe I,ll have more to post about in the future when I get busy building some bows and arrows and learn how to use a camera ::)

I've been a magazine subscriber since day1, got all the issues and can say its my fav mag!
The forum is amoung the best around if not the best! I frequent every time I get the chance.

I don't read the message board as much as I used to. I am just too busy. But the board is still the number one site to find out about the best way to build a bow. I would post more pictures of my bows, but these new cameras have so many kilobites that it is hard to shrink them enough to post. It is still a wonderful service, and the MAGAZINE IS MUCH IMPROVED. MUCH MORE OF THE OLD PRIMITIVE SKILLS THAT MADE THE ORIGINAL MAGAZINE SO VALUABLE.

I check up on what's happening on the forum two or three times a week. I like this newest version much better than the last one even if I did lose my post count :) I have been a suscriber to the magazine since the first issue.

Fixing to stop frequenting this Board as often...if they cant get their Business and Private Lives together....so We can post Articles and Pictures again....I don't know what all is wrong...but it is going downhill fast....and that is quite the Shame too...I hope that the person or persons that take care of this Board can dig deep and pull a rabbit out of their Hat....otherwise I can see the Demise....in the Near future..........J.M.H.O.

I am sorry that this is how you feel Yankeemongiat. I can assure you that I am/we are doing the best that we can at the moment. I hope you will continue to bear with us as we move through growing pains and other uncertainties that seem to crop up.

It's not the office up stairs that makes this site. Its the participants, the members. Primitive Archer Magazine pays for the site and allows us to use it for free, basically. I haven't seen any statics but by looking at all the new names that show up almost daily, I'd say having these "growing pains" is a good thing. It means our family is growing...and that,IMO, is a good thing! ;) 8) Pat

Oh...don't even take Me the wrong way here....I think this Board is a Great Treasure Trove of Information....it is just a pity that there is either no organization of the Server Space at Hand....or no Server Space to post what Ideas you have to share with others... I hope that P.A can work through this and keep the Site going...We have already lost the Older Information from the Old Site....and there was a lot of good stuff there too...

I get on the forum everyday when I check email some times I post stuff and some times I just reply to stuff.I find it very interesting reading the post and seeing what others have done.AND really enjoy the great educational aspects of the forum

Usually more than once a day. Most days it's the way I start the morning! This forum is a beautiful thing. I'm not a consistant poster due to total lack of knowledge, but I'm learning so much. The info here is fantastic and the members are the best.

l'm a member to darn near every archery forum on the web (even the ones that are pretty much dead) and consider PA the 1# forum over all the others. As long as l have a computer and money in my pocket to pay the bills, l'll be coming to this site. As for posting, l guess its whenever l feel like typing on the keyboard, but for the most part l really enjoy reading what others have to say so l tend to stick to the shadows and just sit here in my chair and read away. :)

I always respond to a question I feel that I can contribute an answer to, mostly English Warbow related. I also respond to disagreements with my answers or statements. It depends pretty much on other posters. Sometimes several times a week, sometimes less. Kind of a dry spell at the moment. The forum is very important to me.

Yeah, I spend WAY tooo much time on this website. Ya know, it's freakin addicting, and I think I need help. I love looking at pictures and reading people's responses. Like right now....I'm at work and the first thing I do after I clock in is get on this damn website instead of doing what I should be doing...working! It's kinda scary how many times I'm on here....I really need to have my brain removed because my basic needs for life are FOOD, Primitivearcher.com, maybe a little water, and just enough oxygen to keep me capable of reading and making posts...
But actually, I don't care....this addiction is too much fun and way too interesting....one day they'll find me dead at my computer with PA on the screen and a bow in my hand....... >:D >:D >:D

I have only been on the site a few weeks. Since joining, I view the site several times a day. I have asked for advise way more than providing it since this stuff if all new to me. But I sure do like reading everyone else's responses.

I try and get to the sight at least 5 times a week, love it. Feel right at home. I'm a newbe and just getting my feet wet. Have not built my self bow yet but, will getting some starves this week while I'm hunting in up state NY. Will let all know and post pics>
