I should be there Wednesday night....and it takes about 1 large Beggie to make 8 Pasties....so do the Math.....I aint used to cooking for a Hundred People ....so maybe You and Venisonburger can jump in and give me a Hand....or maybe now that Castiron is coming....I can persuade Him into helping too....and I can learn how to make them on a Fire!!!

I've cooked for 500, so I think we'll be ok, are there any large pots or roasters there, I have a hog hind that I can slow cook with sauerkraut and dumplings.

Wondering if some of you big bad turkey hunters could bring your calls and maybe teach this Yooper
a little bit. I've never turkey hunted before but we have a season now in my area :) And 50 miles from me is filthy with birds :)

Done work and starting to pack, I could be ready to leave in a hour but have to wait till tommow :'(

Last night I made up a gallon of fresh salsa, with tons of garlic, cilantro, mmmmm. If I didn't have some loose ends to tie up tomorrow Dana I'd tell ya to pick me up and lets blow this joint.
