Did a lot of knapping today, got blisters on my hands. I knapped for about 8hrs today.

 Timo yea thats a 7'' Clovis outa some of the Keokuk, and the smallest Clovis is some of that Jeff city, that stuff knaps good reminds me of Burlington. yea i tryed to make a rose, i know it needs to flair in some from the base but i did not want to wast the width.
 you made any outa the blue yet?

 Real Sweet, Jesse. That look's like a crap load of chipping. I like that blue, I've been getting home from work and bopping out preforms. I'll probally take them to the lease this weekend and work on them in the shade.

 Paul, I've been like you. It has just been too hot and too many mosquitos when I get home from work to mess with anything. Since I've been getting all this rock my saw won't cut easy I've gone back to banging. It's like learning all over again.

That J.C. is some of my fav rock,but hard to find in size.

I picked up a piece of blue the other day and whacked some on it,I can tell I will like the rock,but the one I started on had a bunch of lil gold critters in it and one big one in the mid section....Things didn't work out to well with saving them. :(
