I've been home two days and am ready to go back too.  Thanks to all of the members and friends of Twin Oaks for a great weekend. The shoot was great as usual, the course setup was as good as ever (thanks for not taking us up Mt. MF as BearG would say), the weather was the absolute best I have ever witnessed, and last, but not least, the friends that only get to see each other once a year is my favorite thing.  Thanks for putting up with all of us crazies and sharing your slice of heaven on earth Pappy.  Let me know if you're coming to Cloverdale I've got some more feathers for ya. :)  I called a bird in for Debbie's brother this morning.

Take some time off to relax Pappy, you deserve it.  And if you happen to venture out to do a little hunting, I hope you jelly head a big one.

I've been toying with the idea of getting out back for a stab at the turkeys also.  I heard a gobbler this morning flirting with the ladies.  A quick lawn mowing then back to making bow blanks.  The Classic cleared me out.

I'm shooting into the garage same as usual, but I draped a green tarpaulin over the garage door as it was catching the sun.
I got back and could see the garden had filled out in just those few days, Hawthorn and Lilac in full flower. Planted out a few courgettes yesterday 'cos they always grow well, look good and I can eat 'em
It's great having pics of you guys, and getting the names and faces.

Good cast as they say across the pond. ;) ;D ;D Showing Josiah how to do some grip work on his new Osage bow. ;) :) Dan doing some knife work with the boys looking on. ;) They take it all in that is for sure. ;) :)
