pete i dont shoot for a given weight. i just match the head to the shaft. weak shaft light head, strong shaft heavy head. then i cull out my arras by how they shoot. if they dont hit or fly well they go in the gift quiver. i give em to shoots for trophies and kids and scouts. peace
