In the spirit of ugly points...
« on: July 26, 2011, 06:51:11 pm »
Didn't do the rock justice. Some decent raw Pedernales. Shoulda smacked it a few more times with some indirect to thin the high spot down a bit and expand my options, but I didn't have my indirect stuff with me, and was chicken anyway. Came out at right at 5.5:1. Had some help getting the original biface out of a nodule up at Pat's. Wanted to watch someone take a nodule down to a biface to see how my losses matched up.

Hmmm...doesn't look ugly to me.

That is nice.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intentions of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body. But rather to slide in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW WHAT A RIDE!!

No ugly point there.
