I plan on coming down late Thursday night, probably get there about 4am-ish on Friday, just when Pappy's wakin up it appears by his posting times.  ;D  I've got a question about arrow points and the range.  I usually shoot blunts and sometimes duplex, but what are we shooting @ the targets there?  Regular field points?  Just thought I'd ask, don't want to show up and not be able to shoot.  Thanks guys, I'm gettin excited now!! dpgratz

Mostly field points or something like a duplex probably not blount or broadhead. Ron

Very interesting read about the Stim Wilcox hatchet bow. Would love to see a video of him making a hatchet bow! Talk about skill he has it! Does anybody know where he will be doing this next?

Why do I get the feeling his hatchet is sharp enough to skin a nitecrawler?  Not like the usual one that is so dull you take two swings to cut a stick of butter.

I agree, it'd be fun to watch his demo!

Jdub,i saw Stim make a hatchet bow at last years classic.it took 20 minutes start to finish.we timed him.it was something to see.

I was there too. I believe Stim will be at the Classic this year also and will probably build another quick hatchet bow.  He needs to autograph my copy of his book for me too!  ;D

Me and the wife have been looking over our financial situation/bills trying to find out where the money would come from to pay for our trip to the Classic.  I figured that with the cost of gas and food it would be around $300.  When I got the mail today there was a reimbursement check from our sons orthodontist.  Seems insurance covered a little more than they had figured.  Guess what amount the check was for........$290  ;D  Now if I can just keep the wife from spending it for the next 3 weeks  ::)
