THanks Blackhawk, I'll see what I can do with them. I had planned on sinew for one and maybe rawhide for the other.
I might try a short western na bow with the sinew like you suggest.

thanks ken..im surprised you havent sinewed anything yet...not sure you really need to the way you bend an unbacked shorty...but you should someday just for the experience
