my new trade bow
« on: March 05, 2012, 09:40:02 pm »
AWESOME is about the best way to describe it. Got home from work today and my 7 year old says, " Dad you got a bow in the mail today, and a big box of rocks" I knew the rocks were on the way, but the bow was unexpected! It's funny my 7 year old daughter knew it was a bow without even opening it. :) Anyway, it's an hhb bow from Pat B. Pat, that bow is amazing!! It shoots great! Can't say thanks enough ;D ;D Thanks again!!

Nice, you lucky dog.  I checked the porch again this morning and thought I'd find a post like yours.  Congratulations.

Been wondering who was getting that one. Congratulations!!

Dave, I'm glad she got there OK and that she fit you. She should make a good hunting bow. HHB is getting to be one of my favorite whitewood bow woods.
I hope you get many years of shooting out of her.
Take is a bit slow at first because I could only shoot her at 26". I have pulled her to 29"+ and exercised her to 28" but can only pull 26". You will have to teach her to shoot at 28".
