Thursday evening boil at Tennessee Classic - Contributions
« on: April 19, 2014, 03:28:13 pm »
In the last few years, we put together a boil for those who were present and interested in partaking.  This post will serve as the contribution sign-up.

We can use:  poultry, pork, shrimp, crabs, chicken, pheasant, grouse, onions, garlic, celery, cob corn, potates, tomatoes, okra, sausage, garlic, Lawry's, Old Bay Seasoning.  Wild game gives the boil special magic.  Last year we had an abundance and Cracker did a seafood boil and an "other" meats boil.  We'll decide once the ingredients are present how we'll divie it up.

Last year was my first time... Would love to contribute this year.  Put me down for some heads of garlic and some lemons (lemons weren't on the list, but I always put them in when I do a boil)

Matt, I don't have anything "home grown" or any wild game to contribute, but will gladly pick up anything at the grocery.  What else do we need?

Greg:  If you could pick up a fist full of Old Bay Seasoning, that would be great!
